All classes listed below will participate in our end of season recital.
TINY STAR
An introductory dance class for pre-schoolers containing ballet and creative movement.
Students are introduced to basic ballet vocabulary, while exploring movement and music in a fun, age appropriate, creative way.

SHOOTING
STAR
A class for pre-schoolers containing ballet, and creative movement.
Dancers will learn basic steps and terminology in ballet and explore their own creative movement styles through the use of imaginative music and games in a safe, positive environment.

RISING STARS
A class comprised of ballet and tap. During the year dancers are introduced to more formal dance technique. This class will lay the foundation for correct, safe and successful dancing in years to follow.
Students will expand on the basic steps and terminology from previous classes in ballet and tap, and continue to explore their own creative movement in a safe, positive environment.

HIP HOP
STARS
A n introductory dance class containing hip hop movement.
This high energy class teaches rhythm, coordination, and balance through age-appropriate movements set to fun upbeat music. Hip Hop instills rhythm and helps young dancers develop muscle memory. This style is upbeat and great for girls and boys who like to move and are not excited about the traditional ballet and tap classes.

LEVEL I
​
A 60 minute classcomprised of ballet, tap and jazz. During the year dancers are introduced to more formal dance technique. This class will lay the foundation for correct, safe and successful dancing in years to follow
​
In Level I classes, young dancers will begin to develop the specific technique of each individual dance style. Students will continue work on flexibility, rhythm, and coordination, all while exploring their creativity in a safe and fun learning environment.

LEVEL II
​
Ballet/Lyrical, Jazz/Tap, Hip Hop, & Musical Theatrer are all available in Level II.
​
In Level II classes, dancers will expand upon the techniques taught in Level I. Students will be introduced to partner work, and classes will be emphasizing quality of movement while also continuing work on flexibility, control, and rhythm.

DANCE WITH ME
Crawlers - 2.9!
This is an opportunity for young children to explore our space, play with friends, and dance along to fun songs! Parents MUST accompany child and play along!
ADULT
CLASSES
Ages 18+
A fun chance for adults to dance! Dust off those dancing shoes, or try something new! Arts Edge has the class for you!

We ask that you please respect Arts Edge faculty decisions regarding placement. It is important to us that students of all ages and levels have a positive dance experience. All questions or concerns about class placement should be directed to Megan or Lindsay.
